Tim Bodman – Director

Tim commenced his cadetship under Clem Scanlan in 1994 and is now the director of the Company with over 15 years full time experience. In that time, Tim has specialized in providing residential, commercial and industrial valuation services as well as Insurance Advice Reports for Bodies Corporate. He is a Registered Property Valuer in Queensland, an Associate of the Australian Property Institute and is also a Certified Practising Valuer.

Ben Crossan

Ben has been a key member of the CSA Valuers team since 2002. He holds a Bachelor of Business Degree as well as having a Masters in Property Studies from the University of Queensland. Ben is a Registered Property Valuer in Queensland, an Associate of the Australian Property Institute and is also a Certified Practising Valuer. He has gained vast experience in undertaking residential valuations and Insurance Advice Reports for Bodies Corporate. More recently Ben has developed a focus on valuations of prestige residential properties.
