Tim Bodman – Director

Tim commenced his cadetship under Clem Scanlan in 1994 and is now the director of the practice with over 14 years full time experience. Tim has gained significant experience in many real estate fields having completed residential, commercial and industrial valuations. He holds an Associate Diploma and is a Registered Property Valuer with an Associate membership with the Australian Property Institute.

Ben Crossan

Ben is a Registered Property Valuer who has been a key member of the Clem Scanlan and Associates team since 2002. He holds a Bachelor of Business Degree as well as having a Masters in Property Studies from the University of Queensland. Ben is a member of the Australian Property Institute, and has gained vast experience in undertaking residential valuations for mortgage security and in preparing Insurance Advice Reports for Bodies Corporate.

Tom Gallagher

Tom commenced work with Clem Scanlan and Associates in 2003. Having recently completed his tertiary studies in Property Economics, Tom is preparing for his upcoming registration as a Property Valuer. Tom is a member of the Australian Property Institute, and has also completed his Certificate III in Information Technology, making him responsible for maintaining the Company’s databases and computer systems.
