COVID-19 Response
As a result of the Novel Coronavirus we have adapted the way we do business and will continue to update as advice changes. We are currently open for business and operating as usual in the ‘new normal’.
Our first priority is to keep our team and our clients safe and to ensure we continue to provide peace of mind around valuations but with minimal contact and the highest safety measures during times of heightened concern. This means that our valuers and our clients must take extra care and be understanding and flexible to ensure the safety of all.
We are still able to carry out valuations with strict processes in place as per the Australian Property Institute and Queensland Health guidelines. In response to the current situation the rules around inspections have been relaxed which may allow us in some cases, to provide a valuation with an external inspection only. Please note that this is not the norm as inspections are usually carried out in-person and on-site.
