HOW TO GET A PROPERTY VALUED
A property valuation is easy to organise
Step 1: Property Valuation Quote
To find out what a property valuation will cost you can request a quote via the online form on our website. You can call, but via the form we get all the details we need to provide a property valuation quote for you to review.
Step 2: Inspection Date Scheduled
Once you’ve accepted our valuation quote, our team will be in touch by phone or email to arrange a suitable property inspection time. We are respectful and we work with all parties to find a time convenient for all involved.
Step 3: Onsite Inspection
At the specified time, our certified property valuer attends the property and carries out the inspection for the valuation. When access is not possible we can *sometimes* carry out a desktop valuation without a physical inspection of the property.
Step 4: Valuation Report Sent
Together with the information gathered during the inspection and a detailed market analysis and comparable sales review, we create a formal written valuation report. The report covers relevant aspects which influence the value of your property. This is emailed in a PDF format (paper copy available on request).
